Policies: ACT has policies, set by the Board, to keep teens safe.
Schedule: Mondays special trips, Drop in hours, starting June 22, 2009: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12-5 PM. Wednesday & Friday, 4-9 PM. ending August 28th. We are closed during Teen Center’s off-site events and outings, ACSU snow days, and holidays.
During the summer, Mondays are all day field trips. On Tuesdays and Thursday the Teen Center is open from 2:00–7PM, On Wednesdays the Teen Center is closed.
Staffing: Robin, Jutta, or both are usually at the Teen Center whenever it is open. Our policy is for two adults to be present at all times. Please consider volunteering to be a second adult -- it's fun and easy.
Board of Directors: Emily Joselson, President. JJ Boggs, Vice-President. Mary Gill, Secretary. Jeff Olson, Treasurer. Members: Grace Barberis, Pat Chase, Colin Davis, Jennifer Herrera, Kathryn Laliberte, Chuck Root. The ACT Board meets on the first Monday of the month. 4:30-6PM.
Advisory Board: ACT’s Advisory Board is composed of respected community members from the seven towns in the ACSU School District, and such agencies and organizations as the Addison County Parent/Child Center, Ilsley Public Library, United Way, Dr Pete Society, Counseling Service of Addison County, Rotary, MUMS, MUHS, elementary schools, Middlebury College, area clergy, and the local business community. The ACT Advisory Board meets quarterly.
