The Teen Center is at 94 Main, in the basement of the Middlebury Municipal Building. Enter at the Russ Sholes Senior Center ramp on College Street, across from Middlebury Market and Cafe. All teens who come to 94 Main and their parent or guardian need to fill out a registration form.
This form gives us emergency contact information as well as enabling us to assist your child in a crisis.
